The 1964-72 Ford Truck Master Parts and Accessories Catalog is available as a CD-ROM from several different vendors like NPD for around $25. It has separate illustrated parts breakdown sections for both chassis and body as well as tons of other useful information such as part numbers that were current as of January, 1975. That may be a long time ago, but it can still be incredibly useful. The 1966 factory workshop manual is also quite a useful tool. but based on what you asked for, the Master Parts Catalog CD would be more in line with what you want.

Get both since they both leave out some things that drive you nuts! You can't have too many good reference books. This forum is one awsome reference due to the folks that hang out here!!
Jim Osborn reproductions offers a Body/Interior Assembly manual that I found helpful reassembly the 65. It goes for $21 and only offer it for the 65, however, 65 and 66 are same, or simular.
**Thought I would post couple pic's of examples from the Osborn assembly manual, I also have the CD of the Master Catalog but found it difficult to manuever thru., believe the CD will provide the p/n and/or size hardware whereas with the Osborn manual sometimes it does not.
I oyur guys information. I would like to show you a picture. What I am talking about. Have to figure ir out how to send it.
Not certain, newbies may have to post X number of thread to be elibible to post pic's. I could never find out how to post pic's from FTE download so I use Photo-bucket. There are a number of other free online photo storage sites.
There has been a couple of times where I have gone to an online Ford part supplier and checked out the picture in their catalog; i.e., Dennis Carpenter, LMC, obsolete, etc. If unable to find what you are looking for but able to narrow it down to a particular section try copy then paste in the forum.
Not sure which member requesting email address; also, I may have gotten it wrong and that newbie's are required to have X number of post before he/she can email an FTE member using the FTE email forum. Usually, a member's email address can be found by highlighting members 'user name' and then open his/her 'public profile' which will have their 'contact info' menu where some member's include their email address.
As Dave mentioned, post them to photo bucket or some other free site and post the link here for us to see them!
Sometimes the system here can be a little cumbersome both definately worth the effort.
If your a paid member its fairly straight forward to upload pics here. If you are a freebie member you will need to upload the photos to something like Photobucket or Picassa and then link the image in. Kind of a pain, but not bad once you have done a few.
