Injector copper o ring?

Injector copper o ring?
What is the proper way to remove these from your injector?

I used a box knife and they popped rite off

Nice! Thanks guys! Another question If you don't mind... Do I need to remove the glow plugs if I'm not doing them or will I be ok without cranking the motor with them out?

you need to suck the cylinder out put your injectors back in and with the GP's out spin the engine a couple times you don;t want to hydrolock the eng very bad hing can happen from this

Alright that's what I thought. Just wondering if I sucked it out real good if I could skip that step. But I'll pull them and spin it a few times.

it probably would be alright if you skipped it but its worth the peace of mind for the extra ten mins. of work
