HELP REMOVING TIMING COVER....
STILL CANT GET TIMING COVER OFF ,DONT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THAT SHIM ON THE CRANKSHAFT SO THAT PIE SHAPED THING COULD SLIDE OFF .......... SO LOST ???

looks like a half moon key. A small chisel or screwdriver should knock it right out. Hit the end of it and drive it towards the back of the truck.

thanks man it was so easy and now how do i remove that little coolent box, its in the way for the timing cover to come out..
