Computer very warm to touch
99 xlt, 4" exhaust, chipped, 194K. I have been having intermittent starting problems which appear to be the relay/selinoid on the passenger fender well. I have cleaned and tightened and will wait to see if it re-occurs. The question is that while trouble shooting (pulled the chip to eliminate that variable) I noticed the computer was very warm. I never touched it before and was wondering if this is normal. I also should have it checked for codes. The local truck shop will do this if asked as he does all maintenance that I can't.
