runs rough till warm

2001 run rough till it warms up if you go above 1000 rpm. it starts just fine reguardless of outside temp just run rough till it warms up

7.3 diesel

any thoughts

injector sticking???i have a friend and his did the same....That was his issue

Are you checking a SES light while this is occurring? I'm with Joey might be injector related. There are however quite a few possibilities, so more diagnosis would be helpful.
