So I went to remove the bench seat out of my 89 F250 so i can put in some 40-20-40 seats, and I got the front 2 bolts out of the seat, and then i went to get the back out, and i cant get a socket on it. its a little rusted from the winters up here, so its a little more difficult with that in mind. How am i supposed to get the back 2 bolts out?? Thank you in advance to anyone that helps!

Have you slid the seat ALL the way forward on it's tracks?
Sometimes removing the little retaining cable will allow the seat back to fold forward farther, giving you more room.
Be careful with the big Torx bolts holding the seat belts.
THOSE ones like are tough steel and like to strip.
If you can get 1 bolt out, take it out completely and pivot the caliper on the stuck bolt until it is high enough to clear the rotor (since the piston is seized). Then try moving the caliper towards the outside of the car to try to expose the bolt head. It may be just a pivot stud. After you raise the caliper past the rotor see if the caliper will slip off the stud.

1993-And down-Those lovable diamond pins....
Hate to do it Wesley... but the OP's truck in this thread is an 89.. so Jim's statement doesn't need correcting. It's anybody's guess what thread the mystery poster was replying to..
*Side Note: This thread sure is appropriately named.
suv blogger is a spammer. . .its an automated response, among a pool of probably hundreds that can be randomly selected, that sound related to car parts. . . .its an advertisement, and he (it) should be banned.
