The wheels turn quite easily by hand when the front end is off the ground. (Almost too easy when doing brakes.) Turning my 235/70 tires with all the weight on them when the truck isn't moving isn't quite so easy. My steering wheel has been repaired with JB Weld prior to repainting. I'm just starting to get fine cracks again around the bottom spoke near the rim.
