Most of these concepts are 5+ years old. Doubt many will go into production. You can see the 1999 Superduty in the Ford Powerforce. Also, the new Ford Flex was a concept car like these.

Those are more than 5years old, all except two are based off the 97-2003 trucks, and the Ex is from 2001.
It would be nice if they would have built these, although I'm not sure what the Scuba is. It looks like an F150 with a little lift and a horrific rubber stripe.
I would love to have that Expedition Himalaya, it looks pretty cool. The tires look right on it, even the rims aren't bad.
