Junk yard or a stereo shop from where they have taken a factory radio out and not used it for the aftermarket radio.. I'm not sure if there is a source for a new one...

ive seen one in kits that look like it but yeah ill have to go to neighborhood pick a part, most likely find a radio out and be able to take the bracket off it. mine isnt broken but after installing a new stereo couple days i saw how much its needed and my truck is over 20 years old. most of that sitting in the arizona heat.
