Adjust parking brake

Anybody know how to tighten up the parking brake? Mine is just not holding on hills.

Tree is a drum brake inside the hat of the rear rotor. Inside the backing plate there is a slotted rubber bung, pull that out and use a wide flat screwdriver or a brake spoon and turn the star wheel inside to expand the distance between the tops of the e brake pads. The star wheel also should adjust when stopping in reverse, but sometimes this takes some extreme stopping. The star wheel is threaded at both ends so a small adjustment moves the pads apart a fair bit so try only a turn at a time. If you place the brake on, then unjust to tighter, then relase and try setting, you will be sure you are turning the start wheel in the correct direction.
