A/C Problem.

A/C Problem.
Hey gang, bear with me, this is my first post. I have a 2006 Expedition Limited and front a/c stopped blowing air completely. Defroster still shoots air and so does rear. Any ideas?

Are you saying that when A/C is selected, no air comes out of the panel vents, but in defrost mode air comes out of the ducts at the windshield? So.... the front blower is working? Blend door issue possibly? Does the temp change from warm to cool if you select either temp? Rear A/C is a seperate system except for sharing freon (same comp, evap, etc) with the front. In other words 1 A/C system, two blower fans, 2 sets of controls.

A/C Problem fixed.
Hi Turx, thanks for replying. Turns out one small hose was completely off and the t-cap on another was almost completely corroded off. Being a female with limited knowledge of this stuff, I appreciated your reply. Got it diagnosed and fixed, no charge.
