I had an 01 F350. Bought it used and drove to the lake that first weekend. Hit a set of ruts in the gravel road and almost ended up in the ditch. I replaced the shocks the following week with stock type ones and what a difference. I guess all the old stock ones were completely shot.

If you really wanna go all out, you could see if you could get 'em to make a set o these for your truck.

Saw it in a youtube clip, they make 'em for the hummers for the military and the performance is pretty astounding.
