Great parts, GREAT prices but their shipping is really high. I used to buy parts from them ALL the time, but as their shipping rates started getting out of line, I stopped.

I buy pretty much everything from Summit Racing now.

I buy from them. Like anything on the internet, you've got to watch shipping, but they are usually cheaper than getting the parts local even after shipping is added on.

You can get a 5% discount code from this thread to help some with the price. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...04-2011-a.html

Never any problems when I ordered from them and they have good prices. I usually order Motorcraft parts from them so quality is the same as any other Motorcraft part.

I've ordered lots of parts from them, but as others have said, the shipping determines each transaction. I am a tight wad so I will buy from whomever can save me a buck on the same parts. Sometimes it's RockAuto, sometimes Amazon, sometimes local. I can tell you that when I ordered front spring u-bolts from RockAuto and received the wrong ones, they sent me the right ones and told me to keep the wrong ones. The problem was with their catalog listing and they fixed it right away. Great customer service! I definitely recommend them.

I use then for the part look up / x-ref then shop for the best price.

They are the best price about 30-40% of the time others its local or amazon.com

great customer service, fast shipping.

What they said.

My "always check with" on line sites are Rock Auto, AZ Autohaus, Summit, and Amazon.

Sometimes there will be a major deal with one, but next time it will the other.
Never a service complaint with any of them.

I buy quite a bit from RockAuto. If you can ship it to a commercial address your shipping will be considerably cheaper. Whenever I put in the address at work for shipping it is usually a third cheaper.

I love rock auto. It is great because you have all grades of parts available too. Thumbs up.
