They aren't in production anymore. We were just fortunate enough to buy out International of what they had.

Rumor that the blue cps affects the timing a lil. I'd like to see what Jody has to say about it. Clay told me the blue cps is internationals and was and is used in the 466 in line 6 cyl diesel commonly found in ______ size trucks. What do you call a truck larger than an F550? Like the F750 or internationals school bus style trucks.

Have looked at your wiring above the DS valve cover for the 42 pin connector? You could have a wire/wires chafing to ground. Another possiblity is an overheating IDM.

It is possible for a code to be stored. Have you checked for codes? Not all codes set a SES light and we are not always aware that they are there.

SES

did not throw a SES light when it happened all three times. each time it happened i was on the hwy, when i was slowing to pull off i would watch the tach. going in to coast the tach would drop below 500 then die. i can put it in to natural and fire it right back up not fun to steer or stop without power. trying to get it fixed before the wife has to drive it. thanks for the help

Also, check your IPR coil and wiring. The nut is known to come loose or off and the wires can also chafe there.
