Wheels

Recently I've seen a few guys highjackin' threads asking about the wheels that the original poster has on his truck. Generally and quite correctly they are ignored. Start your own thread. Sure I'm new here but know the rules. I've been on lots of forums. Rant over!!
So here's a pic of my truck with the new wheels. They're ION ALLOY 171's. In 16x8. Look like the old M/T Baja wheels. Bolted on to my 79 F250 fine. Just barely clear the big calipers. Had to replace the caliper retaining bolt with a smaller headed 5/16 bolt to clear the clip on weights though.
So for those of you looking for some new wheels here's a pic. They were cheap too. 89 bucks on ebay. Yes. They are made in China. Just like American Racing wheels are. Anybody wants a link for them just pm me.

i ran the 171 black and polished on a z71 i built. i loved them. $400 shipped to my door, and light as a feather compared to the mt classics that were on it. +1 looks great man

Everyone always wants to see their options for wheel/tire combo and I've often wondered why there isn't a specific thread started for just this topic. Rwenuts how would you feel if the was the go to place to see what combos others have chosen. I don't want to step on your toes but I think this could be a good beginning to a wheel/tire thread if you don't mind. We all like to look at pics maybe if we get enough it could become a sticky. I was thinking a pic and some brief info and maybe where they were aquired. What do you think.

My highboy im building doesn't have anything worthy of posting. Yet. My 78 2wd daily driver just has a set from the 80s. I do have a dent bronco but I don't think this is the place for it. It has a cepeks on it.
