FRAME patch ?

FRAME patch ?
i have a tiny hole in the frame were the front leaf hanger bolts up and i wanted to fix it but i want to know if anyone else could show me how they did it. PS. i found a link that had a really bad rust there but i forgot what it was called and cant find it if anyone knows it let me know.

I wouldnt worry about that little guy, just clean up the rust and paint it. if you must fill it then just tack weld it closed and grind it smooth, you will never be able to tell it was there.
