transmission leak

got home today and noticed the smell of that distinctive and expensive oil it has sprung a leak up in the inspection cover anybody ever had to do this repair also wondering that when the tranny is dropped is there any other seals i should replace

ok so i was told that the tourque converter had a crack in it and thats what caused the leak so they ordered a new one and should be up and running soon

Interesting place to have a crack. Think is was a stress induced one?
