They make one with a 2011 interior, or even just a new 2000 one, I'd buy one.

In the pictures I see a lot of extras I am not familiar with. Like on the steering wheel and some of the interior pieces. Were these concept items or where they an option.

From the 2002 MY and on, they were an option...

For the 2002 MY if you had a "Limited Ultimate" you got the on wheel controls.

For the 2003-2005 MY, if you had the "Eddie Bauer Preimere" package you got the on-wheel controls as well as the memory, heated seats.

The on-wheel controls were standard on the Limited trim for the 2003-2005 MY.

That is exactly my truck, from the color (aspen green) to everything interior. And minus the boat of course. Only wish I have the 7.3 instead of the 6.8. But all things considered, it's still a magnificent truck.
