It doesn't have one.
There is a plug on the bottom of the pan, with a little plug in it. The little plug connects to a standpipe in the pan and that is where the fluid goes in until it overflows the standpipe, then it's full.
It's goofy and needs special tools to put the fluid in, but there are dipstick kits available.
There are even new pans with a stick on it.
