hi i was just wondering whether anyone had a diagram of the pin layout on 104 pin pcm connector. its for my 1999 explorer. im trying to diagnose why i cant get codes from dlc, B+ is working. i really dont want to shell out the money on a breakout box.

Which engine does your '99 have, the 4.0L, 4.0L SOHC, or 5.0L V8?
I'll assume it's the 4.0L (or assume that it's not different between the engines) and paste in the diagram for the 4.0L EI.
