tail light wiring

I was wondering if anyone knows If you can buy this wire harness It runs form the left tail light to the right and then into the plug
It seems that someone does not like fords I crawled under my truck to investigate the problem and they\someone had cut my wires right above the plug The truck is a 78 supercab so the wiring is getting old and I would rather replace the whole thing then just find a new plug

any help would be great
