1990 F150 wheel help

I have a 1990 F150 4 wheel drive with a 300 6 cylinder and need some wheel help. The truck is only used for off road purposes and hasn't been tagged since 2000. I have been looking for 10 ply tires but I can't find any made for the 15"wheel that came on the truck. However, they do make the 10 ply tires for a 16" wheel but I can't find a 16" wheel that fits that model Ford truck. Does anyone know if a 16" steel wheel that will fit the '90 model F150? Will a 16" Jeep wheel fit that truck? Thanks for any advice.

Matt

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think a wheel from a dodge will fit...

I believe 8 ply tires will carry more weight than a 1/2 ton truck axle is rated for. Why are you wanting 10 ply tires?

Carrying eeight is not an issue. I run 6 ply and have a lot of trouble cutting down tires because of the bulk of the roads I run the truck on are very rough. My thought was to get the highest ply tires that I could to keep them from getting cut down.
