What is this wheel, not "innie" or "outtie" ??
Some of you know that this truck i'm trying to rescue has a mess for wheels. Between the 4 on the truck and the spare I have 3 15" 'outtie' wheels, one 16" 'innie' wheel and what I thought was the only correct for the truck 15" 'innie' wheel. But when I look closer the "correct" wheel doesn't have any tabs at all, it's smooth inside and outside the center part of the wheel, so what is it?
Also, while i'm at it, I found a nice set of Goodyear tires with 60% tread left for $10 at a garage sale last weekend and snatched them up. Now i'm wondering if they'll fit, they're 31/10.50, i'm sure that's not the recommended width, but will it even fit at all? (If so i'll stop doing bicep curls and just drive the truck more often for upper body strength...)

The tires do have numbers on the side, they're 31 x 10.50 x R15. Back when America was the way it should be and things were manufactured here we didn't use the metric system and tires were labeled for people to easily understand.
These tires are 31" in diameter, 10.5" in width and fit a 15" wheel, I couldn't tell you a thing about what size a 235/75/15 is without using an internet conversion chart

lol its hard to explain... belive me, because i didnt kno the different sizes my shop teacher in HS made me rearrange ALL the tires back behind the shop from size small to big here, and size of the radius here.... needless to say i kno it now... lol but yes, if the tires fit on the rim (since its the original rim) u should be fine. i like the look of the wheel behind the frame kinda look. those tires should work tho, little sand blast and a powder coat wouldnt hurt either

Wheel/Rim same thing in this case, I just don't know what it's from.

I have 5 of the original steel rims from my 64 would love to unload them. they even had the selling dealers name written inside the rim before tires were installed. Kind of interesting to see because you would never see a dealer**** claim acountability like that today.

Looks like you got the rim question answered.
I found this site when looking for appropriate tire size for my '65. Helped me by translating all the metric bull "sugar" into something more understandable.
