OT STAINLESS GRILL

I finally got my grill done . I been working on it for awhile but it will last forever. I havn't tig welded in a few years but its like riding a bike.

Thats a 52 cab Mervy49. Its in great shape other then PO had it wired to be a chevy. But with alittle therapy i got hope for it. LOL

Looks really good and nice welds, I had one made from an old beer keg several years back and it was the best cooking grill I have ever used.......I think the stainless holds the heat in better than steel? I'm not sure but I do miss it. It didnt require much coal to cook on.

I'm working on gathering material to build one the size of your's now. A friend of mine works at the county dump. The hospital in Oxford threw away a whole load of stainless carts. He brought me one! now I'm half way there!
