hood dilima

My 74 f100 had a mack truck hood ornament on it along with two bars to each side of it. This style is not me so i removed it and now i have 6 holes and the truck was painted with this on it. Other than getting the holes repaired and the hood repainted what are my options. It was be nice if i could find a hood deflector but it appears this is not an option and the truck does not need a complete repaint just yet. I tried doing a patch myself which did not turn out.

Your pretty much stuck with the holes if you dont wanna do any paint. I'd weld em shut and spot blend the hood.

Or put the ornament and trim back on
