Coolant question
Hey guys I know this has been posted a thousand times but Im going to be doing the Goochs flush and my questions are.
Should I follow the procedure 100% if filling with Chevron DELO ELC?
How should I make sure all the water is out of the system before completly filling, Im not going to have to dilute the coolant since our shop has pre diluted Chevron DELO ELC?
I work at a diesel shop (transport refrigeration) and when we do flushes on the customers equipment we just use napa coolant flush run it through and run water till its clear then just fill with ELC but still there is water trapped since it all doesnt come out.

You can't get all the water out, that's why you do not use the 50/50 mix. That's also why you need to flush the tap water out with distilled.
Follow Gooch's directions that I posted to a T and you'll be fine.

Totally agree, I would not use 50/50 on a flush. OEM's don't recommend using 50/50 for top off only. There is 2-4 gallons that you will NEVER get out of their and your coolant will be diluted.
