If that's your truck in second video it looks like it's time for a comp test. Normaly when checking for blow by through the filler neck you would place the cap over the hole to give an idea if it's pressure or vapor. If the cap bounces off it's a sign of broken or worn rings, or hole in cylinder. If the cap just kinda floats there your probably ok. Yours does look excessive!

Correct bad cylinder. Replacing with a ford reman. engine for $7000 including install for a complete drop in motor. It was cheaper that a $650 a month truckl payment.
