door window handle question

How do I get the handle out to remove the works? I would like to remove the panel but don't see how. I so need a garage!

What year???

If its 48-50 i can probably help

Push in on the escutcheon (collar) and you'll see a cross-pin. Drive it out with a punch and the handle slides off the shaft. You only need 3 hands to do this lol
