Rancho Shock Sloshing

Does anyone know if a #RS999264 is supposed to have fluid in it ? I shook it and theres some type of fluid slopping around inside, I dont know if I should install it. I got it on ebay and cant get in touch with the guy who sold it to me . Thanks , Lou

Is it used? I am not sure about the RS9000, but my RS5000s have no noticeable liquid sound.

Yes, they have a fluid sound when you compress them. I'm not sure about when you shake them though.

To answer my own question, yes, I think they are supposed to have fluid in them, the old ones do and the new ones do, slosh, when you shake them. Lou
