Fuel pump going out???
I have an 01 F-350 7.3 PSD. It has a FASS fuel system, regulated fuel return with fuel bowl delete, 100 hp nozzles, and a DP Tuner. About half the time when I go to start the truck the fuel pump is very quiet and I show no fuel pressure at the engine. I start the engine, and it runs rough until the fuel pump gets loud and shows good pressure (63-65 psi). This could be up to 1 1/2 minutes after starting. It does this about half the time after I drive the truck. If the pump is acting normally, as long as I don't drive, then it stays normal so I don't think I am loosing prime, but I am not sure if it is with the FASS or another possibilty. I could use any help.
