Radiator Fluid Level
Should the radiator be completely full when you remove the radiator cap?
The reservoir is supposed to feed coolant to the radiator as it cools right? So I say the radiator should be full.
I have a bet on this one so help me out or shoot me down.

As long as the level is up to the cold fill line the proper amount of coolant should be in the radiator and engine block. I think your point is correct in that the radiator itself is full since the reservoir is mounted higher therefore gravity fed.
