trucking companies are getting hosed in Kalifornia! with rules, regulations and taxes. I wouldn't doubt the legitimacy of the article on that part. as far as shipping to china the owners of the ships would rather have something to haul to cover fuel cost and not haul empty containers back to china to be filled with treasures for American kids
