Lights behind grill??

Anyone know the process for putting lights behind the grill of a 98 150? Pics if you got em!

It really depends on what you wanted to do? For the most part is all you need to to find what lights with proper mounting brackets, the length of electrical wire, whatever kind of switch (or to stock headlight switch). Plan it out and have everything ready will be best.
