so when you say HPO always reads 500 psi when you smash the skinny pedal it should shoot up

If it stays at 500 psi at all times its not reading right

I meant it always reads around 500 when starting and idling. Skinny pedal will send it upwards of 3500

Checked ICP when hot and got .54V. When the temp drops below 140, I get .8V and the truck starts. I will p/u another plug for the IPR and do a air psi test on Sat. Sounds like the consensus is dummy plugs and standpipes.

sounds like your on the right track duummy plug stand pipes

Iv only heard 1 HPOP failure on 05+ and that was cause the dude thought he could go a million miles on amsoil LOL
those pumps are good ones and you already did STC fitting before

did you happen to see what IPR% was

Haven't figured out how to check that yet. Will look at my AE.

Replaced the standpipes and dummy plugs. Back up and running.

was the orings worn or any cracked standpipe
