2003 4r100 questions
Hi Ive got a2003 f350 4x4 5.4 and was getting po720 codes.I cleaned all connections and isolated ground and power line from the OSS now im not throwing any codes but it seems the transmission wont downshift when it needs to? I was planning a fluid and filter change but was looking for a little info first. are these programmable trans? will be used for plowing and sanding this winter are the shift solenoids a do it yourself project? The truck shifts fine but if you start to go up a hill in overdrive it chugs instead of dropping down a gear on its own.If I floor it it downshifts fine and pulls great. I am comparing this to my 04 super cab 5.4 and 03 reg cab work truck that shift great. thanks for any input.Mike
