Can 302 MAF be put onto a 351SD?

You want a 5.0 or 5.8 MAF computer from a '94 or '95 truck with an E4OD transmission.

One last question for ya... The distributor is the same between SD and MAF, correct. And would i want one with the steel gear, or cast iron gear?

If it has a roller cam then you need a steel gear , flat tappet cast gear....

I was assuming he wanted a MAF setup although he did not specify in the op. You can use a 5.0 eec although I would tune for the 351 if I used the 5.0 eec.
