F600 with dump box, need to swap dump beds

I was wondering if anyone had experience changing the dump beds on these trucks. I have a 15' grain box that it shot, and swapping it with one that came off a truck my uncle flipped. The lift is twisted as he was moving it with the load of grain in it and it tipped over, but the box came out ok, just the truck frame and the lift frame got damaged. My question is more about the upper lift mounts. On both boxes, the mounts are welded in. Am I going to have to get one side loose so I can move it to the side and off the mount? The box I want to put on will be harder to do this, they really got carried away with the welding, even if they are crappy welds... I figure on hacking up the damaged lift to get it off, make it easier to work. It is twisted enough to not be reasonably salvageable anyway.

There are all sorts of ways to hold pins on hydraulic parts.

Farmers do love to weld stuff together, so It may be just a torch job??

If you are having trouble figuring it out post a picture. Im not really sure what you were trying to explain.

Turns out, the installers welded the pivots on to both boxes. I was hoping I wouldn't have to hack it all up, but that is basically about what had to happen. The pivots were also in different locations. The box I am putting on had the mounts welded on real well, but crappy welds... This was done by the installers, not the farmers. They just would have bought it. I am referring to the point the hoist mounts to the box frame. I haven't gotten the swap finished, as I found the brake lines leaking fluid, so figured it would be a good time to take care of that as well. Then just haven't had time to get back to it.

its hard to give exact instructions on that as every box could be put on differently !
you are going to have to just git in there and start cutting the boxes of and then when you put the new one on it will require some fab work !

I did cut off the lift pivot, as it was located different. It is waiting for me to get the brake lines fixed, then get the box sitting in place so I can set the frame pivot brackets and the lift pivot pipes. I hadn't had the lift off on one of these, was surprised that they are hollow... Made for an interesting time cutting them off with the torch, being full of grease.
