Does anyone have info on the 1992 XLT Extended cab with the 351W. I cant locate the EEC test connector, its not on the firewall, fender, or anywhere near the ECM that I can see. The vehicle has been in the family since its birth, and the ECM has never been replaced. Is it in some non standard location specific to the 92 vehicle year. I assume it is OBD-1 on a EEC-IV system?

 

Your assumption is correct. The connector on my '90 is on top of the drivers side inner fender and is black in color. It says "EEC test" on the side. I can't however confirm its the same on your '92
