It does not have the wear spot on the crossover anymore? Or the rubber elbow into the manifold? Cool beans cuz those two spots caused more f'n bank 1 too lean, bank 2 too lean codes, and a bitch to feel back there with my big paws!

Should only be one PCV line coming off the passsenger side valve cover. My V10 only has one and there isn't a reason for two to come off the same bank. The intake is obviously different on the 5.4l. I was referring to the other end of the PCV hose where it connects to the intake. Does it have a connector like the end that connects to the pcv valve?
sorry i have no idea i didnt even look back there. should i buy the hose too or is it like hard flexible line? so it should be ok? im just gonna go to the dealer right now and order one and maybe the hose too?
I would not order a hose. You can peel back some of the insulation and inspect it when you install the PCV valve. I would also try to inspect the hose up to the connection point on the intake just o make sure everything looks good. If the hose is bad get one. It would suck paying $75 dollars (or whatever the dealer charges) for a hose you don't need.
