Oil Pan Clearance

I'm getting a 6" Superlift soon. I also need my oil pan gasket replaced. Would a 6" lift give my oil pan 6" of clearance?

Oil Pan Clearance

I believe that the oil pan clearance issues come from the frame rail as well as the suspension. I would think it might be easier with the lift installed but you will still probably have to lift/jack the engine up.

You will still have the frame crossmember in the way. It doesn't move with the lift.

Yep he's right, the crossmember is still in the way. The truck is going to be easier to get under though. I just installed that kit last week on mine.
