Are you getting any dtc?
Check these:

IPR (injection pressure regulator).. its located in the HPOP case below the Turbo. make sure there are no shorts visible and the plug is tight..
ICP(injection control pressure). i belive is in the the RH valve cover.. check same as above. also with the key on engine off it should see around .2 volts.

Also, read this and check for leaks.

If unplugging it solves it, it probably needs to be replaced.

You'll need a scanner. Check with your local auto parts stores. Some will scan for free, but they usually cant read the FORD specific codes. But will lead you in the right direction.

You really should post this in the 6.0 forum. Also read the no start checklist in the 6.0 tech folder.

How many posts for this same issue have you posted? You should pick one and have the others deleted IMO.

From one of the other two threads:

Go through this checklist:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/87...condition.html

Here is a guide that will help you know where all the components are:
http://dan.prxy.org/Truck/6L_bible_html/html/TOC.html

As Benny said, before doing anything get the codes read if you can and get both batteries charged up and LOAD TESTED (individually). Replace them both if even one is bad.

Then check FICM voltage Key-On-Engine-off (KOEO). Then check it when cranking:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/89...procedure.html

Try disconnecting the ICP sensor and re-starting before you mess w/ getting the ICP voltage. If it starts w/ the ICP sensor unplugged, then you need a new sensor AND connector. Here are two threads on how to swap the sensor and connector:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/85...with-6-0l.html
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/86...ml#post7693493

The best tool for troubleshooting on your own is an Autoenginuity. It is fairly expensive. The ScanGaugeII is much cheaper and very good. It can help you identify an issue w/ the high pressure oil system (which is what you are looking for when you try to get voltages from the ICP sensor). You can get it quickly at Autozone (apprx $170), or get it a little cheaper by joining (free) cleanmpg.com and requesting it through their forum ($135).

I sent him a PM directing him back to this thread Mark. Hopefully, he'll be back to check in on it. I've moved several of these out of the SD forum trying to get him some help. Let's see if this works.

As always, thanks a million for helping out.
