Done! For $27 this worked out great. There's one spot that's not quite perfect, but otherwise it looks like a brand new leather dash pad.

Looks GOOD! How hard was it overall to do? Also keep us posted on how it holds up in the sun, etc.

Not hard at all, just time consuming. Glue a section, let the adhesive dry for 20-30 min, stretch the fabric over it and repeat.
As for holding up, it's marine grade vinyl. It SHOULD last for a long time...
