E350 replace smog pump

E350 replace smog pump
Been a while,
1996 E350 windsor 5.8 V8,
and my smog pump is seized.
How do you gain access to get it out?
Pump is located below alternator.
I don't mind pulling the radiator ( I installed this one last year so..)
What are the options? remove front wheel and well liner ?
Any pointers will help me get started in the right direction.
