INTERCOOLED!
Finally got it done!



I will have a good test for it tommorow as I will be towing my trailer and probably an F-350 on it.

Cost: $150 plus sweat it is a 6.0L cooler

Let me know what you think!

Looks Awesome! I really noticed the difference in mine. Couple hundred degrees. The difference between backing off and keeping in it.

Looks Good.

I installed a 99 Intercooler on my 97 and it seemed to help with the EGT's on towing,......especially with Stage 1 Injectors.

Looks great indeed! Colored pipes always make the engie compartment look cleaner...and better! lol
I plan on doing this as well as an HPOP before I put stage 2s and a larger turbo in next summer!

Looks great Ian! You'll like that so much better with the stage ones. You'll be able to use a lot more of the power! You may now notice your 15* suffering on a good tow till you get that upgraded.

Well, It definately made it cooler, but a couple spots on my welds are now leaking oh well, have to take em off again and fix it.
