Winch wiring help
Just looking for some input into proper wiring of a Warn M12K winch. Is this something that can be hooked directly to one of my Red Tops or are there any precautionary or best practices when hooking one up.?

You can wire it directly to the battery.
if you really wanted to you could add a 200amp inline mega-fuse just in case of a dead short but there is really no point with the internal fuse in the winch itself.
