i have a 2000 superduty, powerstroke, manual trans. i cant get my truck to turn over using the ignition key. i replaced the starter solenoid relay located on the firewall, didnt fix it. turn the key to start and get one click from my fuse box under dash. its starts right up with a screwdriver jump on that same starter solenoid relay. my problem is somewhere between the relay and my ingition switch, correct? here are my codes got off my superchps programmer :

are any of these codes related to my truck not starting? if so, what can i do to fix the truck? thanks everyone!!!
