Rhino-lined T-gate
Finally got a gallery posted folks. Included are a few of the Rhino lined tailgate on my 92 XLT. Some had inquired as to how it turned out. My apologies for the quality of the photos, I had a disposable camera and a celestial ball of fire as photgraphy equipment. The guys at the local Rhino-linings shop got $100 to cover the internal, interior, and lower external surfaces of the tailgate and the inspection cover. Well worth the $$$ if you ask me.

No, T-gate didn't gain much weight in the process, maybe a pound or two. New torsion bar and realignment of the striker posts etc. and it's as good as new. The lining is about 1/8" thick over the entire interior surface and a touch thinner inside the shell maybe 1/16" except in the seam between the outer and inner sheet metal where they took the spray nozzle off the gun and filled the seam so if water does get inside it won't collect in that seam.
