After read couple posts here made me wish I bought 1996 E350 passenger van from Uncle. Reason I didn't bought because someone who own before which is Church they didn't seal air filter correct so it had blow by badly.


If I can finish put 5.4L in 99 F250 and sell then use $ to buy van with 15 seats.

 

You look at the map, and Midland calls out about the middle for the "most folk" of just the LP, Lansing screams out for the possibility of getting the most of both sides of the state together, or even Battle Creek..

I've been real busy this week. Averaging 12 hr days and have put on 1200 miles so far this week.

What a Crappy end to the day yesterday..

Sister in laws jeep.. Head gasket complete, fixed 1 problem, but seems it did not take care of original problem. So, back to square 1..

After I Wrapped up the head gasket and started the jeep, ran well, then it just "stopped" So makes me think that it fired at the wrong time on a cylinder, pulled the timiming chain cover, marks line up..So, going to look at the distributor again, if it isnt the that.. then hell, cam

Found myself getting bugged by the jeep, so went out front and sat with a glass of Ice Tea... Friend walks up, she was coming over to drink with Sheryl. As we discuss what it is she would like to drink, her son calls.. He was just in an accident. We take off. The Z28 that this boy bought when he was 13 was just totaled. Some *** from the left lane decided to turn down a street on the right, Cameron was almost able to stop, but clipped the kid doing only slight damage to the front of his car. The kid behind Cameron however was not able to stop, and blasted the rear of the Z, the windshield is cracked on both sides, and the roof area is torn..

Thsi is the Z the last year we pulled the motor out and went through it.. she ran so good..

I give Cameron alot of credit.. I believe at even this age.. I would have killed the kid..Screw that " at least no one got hurt ****" this kid just F'd up another kids dream car because of his ....I need to stop here before I have to really start editing..

I have a new record....my truck has started every day for over a week! This thing isn't so bad when you don't have to be under the hood for 4 days at a time, I'm getting to the point of almost liking it. If only I could get rid of the little annoying nuances like tough cold start and the stumble in OD, I'd really start to like it!

Oh, and I am looking for an 08 or newer tailgate. Anyone got a spare ?

It's blowing a little bluish smoke during the first start of the day with the high idle lasting about 3 min. If I turn the high idle off, it's almost non-existent. I'm getting an oil change with syn 5-40 and some rev-x to see if that helps.

I presently waiting my Big Ol Greasy lunch to cure my hangover munchies so I can start once again in 3.5 hours..

 

That what I did that in June to Aug it was ANNOY stumble in OD, mileage go down. HARD START that I need plug block heater for 1 hour in 90oF outside. SMOKE TONS BLUE/WHITE at 2K rpm. Can't pull heavy load.

After change 3 injectors now it will start but weak.

After it fixed now I can get 16.9-17 mpg in city but that had OVERSIZE tires on it so I got new tires 3 days and did notice much improve on mileage from look fuel gauge. I be surprised if it got 20 mpg in city


If you still want me come with my AE scanner to find which bad injectors? From my exp please leave engine COLD so we can test it will show many bad injectors when cold. Mine were 6 bad injectors at cold but that was 3 bad injectors SUCK all ground from 3 good injectors.
