When you do get back after it...checking the spring tip isolators is something you can do without jacking up the truck. There are little plastic pads in there that break up and disintegrate after a while. My original pads were black so they were hard to see. The replacement pieces are white and come with a saddle in case your springs are bent like an eyelet instead of a elf's shoe. (best way for me to describe it...)
In this pic you will see that I have replacement parts on the driver's side and original pieces on the passenger side. If your plastic pads are missing, they will make all kinds of weird noises.
