Tonight starts the Silver Dollar Classic Car Show! It takes place all weekend at Mills Park in Carson City, NV. Saturday, I will be working the T-shirt booth at the car show from 8am-5pm. Then, rush home to meet hubby & the kids at ThunderBowl Speedway for the races. It will be the last race of the season. Sunday, I'm back at the car show. Busy weekend for me!

Today was my 9/80 day off. Thank goodness... did domestic stuff (laundry, sweep, mop, bathrooms, etc.) 'got a little bit of fabrication done on a light bar I'm building for a So-Cal FTE'er.. wouldn't ya know it! Ran out of wire right in the middle of a bead! Made it to the shop and picked up a couple of spools. Whew!
Tomorrow is the GTG at Port Costa... I think it'll be fun and cool to see a bunch of old iron averaging 13 mpg (?) assemble by the water... and finally meet some of these characters on FTE.
Sunday is either the mega-swap meet at Arco or heading to Pick N Pull in search of some disc brakes for my 70 Bumpside.... a brake booster would be nice too.
Tomorrow is the GTG at Port Costa... I think it'll be fun and cool to see a bunch of old iron averaging 13 mpg (?) assemble by the water... and finally meet some of these characters on FTE.

Well, haven't been in the open chats for a while. Today i replaced the pinion seal in my front axle and found that someone had just tightened down the yoke with an impact.. so now after already rebuilding the outers the rest has to come apart. with shimming and more new bearings.. sigh
